MATHEMATICAL PIE : The Maiden Newsletter of the Math Club of the University of Moratuwa.

The maiden newsletter of the Mathematics society was published during the EXMO 2010 exhibition. This News letter brings in various topics of  mathematics in a 28 page book, a book that all those who are interested in mathematics shold not miss out on. Nature of Mathematics, Statistical thinking in Engineering, Hanoi tower problem are some of the topics discussed in thie newsletter. The students of the Mathematics society exhibited their passion for mathematics at the EXMO 2010 exhibition held on the 9th . 10th and 11th of September, representing the Department of Mathematics. Their stall, named "Walk with Mathematics" was outstanding among all the other stalls wining the hearts of all the spectators. From explianing the algorthms of a Rubik's cube  to demonstrating mathematical challenges to the mind, the Mathematics stall had something to offer to everyone. To those who missed this rare opportunity we recommend you to join the math club and get your self into a magical journey with us.
